• Placing the right staff on cases can drive higher margins and increase client satisfaction for legal firms. We will discuss how to ensure accurate timesheet reporting, how to assign staff based on their legal skills and experience, and how to keep staff records up to date to unlock new opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

Mergers & Acquisitions Data Migration

• Bringing together data from potentially incompatible CRM and PMS systems can be a complex challenge. One key decision is whether to manage clients and matters separately in both sets of systems, which may be easier in the short-term but result in duplicated efforts, or to merge all client and matter data into one.
